The accommodation was well-equipped with amenities such as a washing machine and dishwasher, which was a pleasant surprise. the unit was clean and comfortable, with a nice big bath, good shower, and very hot water. the location was convenient, with close proximity to bus stops and a local pub. the beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were quiet with good lighting. However, the lack of communication and delays in obtaining a refund from the Guest Ready Group did put a damper on the overall experience. Despite the initial challenges, the spacious and clean flat had the potential to be a perfect getaway with its ideal location. the value proposition of the property was good, given its amenities and comfort level. While there were some setbacks, such as the lack of responsiveness from management, the overall stay was enjoyable. I would consider staying here again in the future, hoping that the property reaches its full potential.
